Learn the Safe and definite Techniques of Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing techniques are all the rage in the fitness world today. There is a presuppose for this. Cardio Kickboxing gives you a great workout and is fun as well. Cardio Kickboxing is also called Aerobic Boxing, Boxercise, Boxaerobics and Aerobox. I went for Cardio Kickboxing after six months of aerobics. I can vouch for its benefits. These benefits contain increased strength and flexibility while burning fat.

I know that some years back cardio kickboxing barely existed. Today it has invaded health clubs. More and more citizen want to advantage from this newest fitness fad. I have practiced this new form of practice for barely over a month and the benefits already show - in my body and in my self-esteem. If you are reasonably fit and willing to give it a try, Cardio Kickboxing could be your road to a healthier, fitter life.

THAI BOXING

Let me share what I have learned about cardio kickboxing with you. One basic move is the base move (shifting weight from the ball of one foot to the other). This is good for balance. Another is the bob and weave. The mixture move involves a series of quick punches thrown in combination. The front kick involves lifting your foot straight out in front of you with toes up. In the roundhouse kick, the legs are swung around until the shoelaces hit the side of the target in front.

Let's eye some more moves. The side kick is one in which the foot is lifted up in front of you and then kicked out at the side. If you like to punch, the hook, the jab and the uppercut are for you. My personal favorite is the jab, which involves a quick forward movement of the fist.

As a beginner, I was told to keep a few things in mind. In my first class I was taught not to practice myself beyond fatigue. "Do not lock joints or hold dumbbells when punching," My instructor told me. "Overextending kicks is always a bad idea," I was told.

I realized early on that Cardio Kickboxing is no substitute for a martial arts class. It is meant to be a form or exercise. The advantage is that it is not as violent as a martial arts class and is good exercise. citizen with medical problems like joint/knee issues should institution kickboxing with caution.

In performing cardio kickboxing techniques I suggest finding for a straightforward program. Start by working out once a week. Alternate between high intensity and low intensity workouts. Warm up and cool down with the main session of exercise. Complement cardio kickboxing with other forms of exercise.

Wear permissible practice gear - practice shorts and t-shirts or tank tops. A sports bra is good for women in training. Drink plenty of water and use a mat and perhaps a sports band around your forehead. Cardio kickboxing techniques have been a godsend to my practice routine. Here's wishing you the best as you kickbox your way to good health.

Boxing chapter - How to enhance Your Boxing Techniques

Here's how to originate a good hit using nothing more than a mirror! Stand in front of your mirror. Have your toes pointing forward. With your arms hanging loosely downward. Place your feet so they're 12 - 18 inches apart. Now photograph this. You have a steel rod running straight through your body. From your head, down your spine to the floor. Now you need to rotate your body on this rod. This allows your arms to swing out loosely. You originate a swinging motion. Convention this until it's permanent. One thing is important. Don't let your body sway.

Next, bring your arms up to your sides. Have them bent at your elbows. Make sure your hands face upwards. Continue to turn. Ensure your elbows are tucked in touching the side of your body. Now as your body is turning, straighten your arms out in front of you. Increase your right arm out in front. Have your palm facing upwards. Pretend you're begging for a coin. Take care your elbows stay close to your sides. And your hands go toward the mirror in a level line. Only now do you clench your fist. Continue your movement. Important. Your power for your hit comes from your body. This propulsion is from a twist of your body. So there you have it. The basics of the hit.

Forming The Guard

Boxing chapter - How to enhance Your Boxing Techniques

Adopt the position you had when doing 'The Hit'. Your feet need to be 12 -18 inches apart. Have your toes pointing toward the mirror. And make sure your feet are parallel with each other. Now copy the motions as if you were doing the swimming stroke- the breast stroke. Place your hands beside your chin. Now throw them out in front of you and allow them to sweep down to your sides. Here's an important tip. Ensure your hands are at the outward stroke above your head. Now have your left foot send and your right foot back. And remember have both toes pointing toward the mirror. Continue doing the breast stroke as if you were swimming. With one important change... Don't move your hands send together...bring them send alternatively. Make sure your hands run above your hand while you do this. At the same time keep your hands open running above your head as they are extended. With your left elbow close to your side, twist your body. This sends your left fist toward the mirror. Now do this with your right hand. Do this with your hand open and palm down. You now have an rehearsal which is called the lead guard.

The Duck

Now you're going to scholar the duck. Stand in front of your mirror. Adopt the position from the old two lessons. That is...Toes pointing toward the mirror. Feet 12 - 18 inches apart. Hands at your side. Now push your chin towards your right collarbone. When you do this you present the side of your head. Watch out for this. Don't show too much of your ear. Why? Because a blow to your ear can be disastrous. More so than a hit to your head. Now, look towards the mirror. And draw your chin down to your left collarbone. Remember this: always keep your chin down. Even when you're looking at the mirror. Here's why: It's far more difficult to knock an opponent out when you've got your chin down.

Clinching

Once you come to be good at clinching then this helps you protect yourself. Plus you're able to clinch drains your opponent's energy. Clinching also helps protect yourself. Need a breather from the assaults of your opponent? Then grasp the arms of your opponent. Not his body. Here's what you do: Get close to your opponent. Run your arms down their shoulders. Pin his arms in by his sides. You've clinched him. Or try this. Grasp your opponents biceps. Get hold of his biceps. When he attempts to hit you, just push him away. Remember this. As you break away always try to hit him. My advice? Unleash an sufficient upper cut. You can do a great deal of damage to opponents by allowing them to clinch you. Especially when he can't clinch you effectively. Here's a good tip. Keep your arms free so they can't be pinned. He then has to clinch you around the neck. Once he does this he exposes himself. You now hit him in his stomach and upper body.
